The questions we are asked most often about selection, supply and after-sales. If your question is not here, contact us through the enquiry form or LINE and a person will reply.
Tell us the material being inspected, the defect type you need to find, the line speed and the available mounting space. Our engineers will propose one or two workable options and can arrange a trial where needed. Send the details through the enquiry form.
For UV curing, choose 365 / 395 / 405 nm according to the absorption characteristics of the resin. Surface defect inspection usually uses white light; for certain materials, or where more contrast is needed, a monochromatic source such as green with a filter works better. When in doubt, start with a trial.
Yes. Dimensions, wavelength, beam angle, condenser lenses and mechanical interfaces can all be adapted, and fibre optic light guides can be made to the required length and bundle shape. Lead time and minimum quantity for custom items vary by project — please enquire.
Phoseon Technology for UV LED curing, Seoul Viosys for UV LED chips, and Hikrobot for industrial code readers and machine vision — alongside our own inspection lighting and custom optical components.
Standard products held in stock normally ship quickly; custom items and imported brand products depend on the specification and the manufacturer's schedule. The actual lead time is confirmed together with the quotation.
Datasheets are available for most standard products, and 3D models exist for some items to support mechanical design. Published datasheets can be downloaded from the resources page; for other files, please ask through the enquiry form or LINE.
Contact us through the enquiry form or LINE with the model and the symptoms. We will first help determine whether it can be resolved on site, and arrange the repair process if it cannot.
Trials or sample loans can be arranged for some standard products so you can evaluate the actual inspection result. Please describe your inspection requirement and preferred timing in the enquiry form.
